Change is the only constant! I think that what I learned in my life is that while change is not easy, when you know how to do it and what you want to change to, you will find that the changes you make bring an improvement to your life. That helped me to move past a lot of fear and anxiety about change, and I think that if you’re willing to look, you will always find that change brings more good into your life!

I agree Dan. It is a shame that so many people want the change, but don’t want to look or try!

Life would be dull without regular evolution. I find that the changes I make have more to do with perceptions, beliefs and ideas than changing deeply ingrained character traits. The latter, for me, is the biggest challenge.

Certainly changing long help programmed beliefs and behaviors is the most difficult. Many of them, we don’t even realize we are doing.

Our perceptions are our reality! If we perceive something as bad, then right or wrong, we see it as bad. IF we think it is good, then no matter what, we believe it to be good. Changing our perceptions is how we change our lives!
