		<description>I did already know this Steve, but thanks for promoting the idea on your blog.  Like you mention, personal experience has confirmed that weightlifting is great, but regular aerobic exercise (20 mins 3 times per week) in addition to lifting is really beneficial.  Thanks for the post, and I hope that people take a lot away from this one!</description>
