I have a friend who is going through some really tough times. Some of it has to do with old patterns of thought and old behavior patters. We all struggle with this to some degree or other, but sometimes it can cause a lot of grief, especially when we are trying to change. As I thought about my friend, I decided to share this little meditation. It is a free guided meditation and it is designed to help you let go of negative emotions and feelings.
We are all conditioned by our past. Some of that conditioning is good and some of it is not so good. The negative stuff can cause us real harm. I once had a problem with anger and it took me a while to get rid of it. It caused lots of problems and was partially responsible for the breakup of my first marriage.
If you suffer from anger, depression, negativity or any other negative emotion or thoughts, try listening to this meditation a few times. Let your imagination carry you to the place I describe and see if it doesn’t help.
