Tolerance
It was recently suggested to me that this site could be more religious in nature. I don’t think so. I will admit that I think that having a spiritual life is a good thing. For me it has been the source of help at times. I believe that most people , even those who say they don’t, have a spiritual side. Does Change My Life profess any religion?
The answer to that is no. If you asked my personal opinion, I might tell you, but as far as this blog goes, I do not push one religion or ideology over another. I want you to change from the life you lead, the life you are unhappy with and come to the life you want to love. If you are Muslim and find that your spiritual life helps you to do that, fine. If you are Buddhist and find that your beliefs, help you to overcome the negatives in your life, great.
Change My Life is not about telling you any one way to do things, but about offering you ways that have worked for me, or that I have learned about in my studies of how life change comes about.
We are all unique and so there is no one size fits all. We all struggle with our own negatives and our own past programming. To tell you that you must subscribe to one way of believing or looking at things would not be right.
I will ask my readers that they give the same sort of tolerance to others. I once had someone write me some very nasty notes because I was not telling people that his way of believing was the absolute truth and that all other ways of believing were wrong. He has a right to believe what he wants, but so does everyone else. I leave this blog as a place of openness. May we all learn together!
