The Start of a New Week: the start of a new you!
Here it is, the beginning of a new week. Many people start to get in a funk on Sunday, thinking about going back to work. Is this you? Do you hate your day to day life? What have you done this past week to change things?
Each Sunday I like to take some time to look back over the week and think about the things I have done to make my life better. Then I look forward to see what I might do this week.
How about you; what have you done this past week to make your life better or to change it? What have you done to improve your life? If you can’t think of anything, what does that say? If you do nothing different, if you do nothing to change, what do you expect to happen?
What about this coming week? What are your plans for making your life better? What do you hope to do to make a better life for yourself? Can’t think of anything? Again, what does that say?
Don’t go to sleep tonight without thinking of one thing you want to do this coming week to improve your life. Now I’m not asking much, just one thing! Do you have it? What’s keeping you?
