Self Help Starts With Good Health!

I just got back from my walk! You know, I sit at my desk so much that if I don’t keep up with my yoga and daily walks, I get all stiff and can’t move well. I get up during the day and do some stretches and so for too.

How about you? What sort of shape are you in? Are you in good shape? One of the biggest ways we can improve our lives and really do some self help is by keeping ourselves fit! The more fit you are, the more you can enjoy the life you live!

I have a friend that I thank for getting me to eat a little healthier and get up out of my chair once an hour and move. His name is Scott Tousignant and he has a web site that is all about staying in shape. His program is great for those who are office bound! He calls his program Fat Loss Quickie.
