Thanks Shannon! Which do you feel most often?

I love your post Steve … I guess we’ve all experienced it … and I resonated with your experience of how you got into the world of self-help and for me it is complementary therapies …

However I’m pretty sure (from experience) that it comes round to degrees of toxicity …

We can learn from views outside our own and isn’t being open to hearing constructive criticism a strength because growth isn’t always an internal process?

Oftentimes its the way a person makes their point rather than the point itself. And on this note I love the saying ‘Its not what you do its the way that you do it’ … :) (and its not what you say its the way that you say it) … :) .

    Jane :)

Jane, I agree with you that criticism does strengthen us and develop us. However, if you are continually hammered, it can tear you down. It is a fine line between accepting criticism and learning and being beaten to a pulp.

Thanks for commenting and viewing my blog!
