<description>This is a great subject Steve. It almost always seems to be the small things that get in our way and get us down a bit. The big things or challenges seem to get the attention and recieve a resolution. The small things when ignored have a tendency to fester abit.

Ine thinbg I do is live in the now, any challenges from the past I ether fix or forget. Any plans I have for the future I visulize, plan a path, get back to the now and take action.

It seems to be how you look at things and program your subcontious to act or react. I can, I am, I do, I can only work with and utlize what I have right now. The now is the only thing I have control over and I can&#039;t let the past controll my now only as a referance of what not to do. One thing I can&#039;t allow is being down.

Great post
Thanks Steve
