Silly People

This incident occurred during my early/mid high school years about a mile or so down the road from my Alma mater. Apparently a couple of young, very drunk frat boys from MTSU climbed a ten foot barbed wire fence that was intended to keep individuals out of an electric sub station. One of the individuals climbed on top of a transformer. That was a pretty bad idea. The worst part was his electrocution via his genitalia when he urinated on the transformer on which he stood. And if that wasn’t bad enough, his motivation was to pee on a wasp nest that was attached to the transformer. Needless to say,the wasps were the least of his worries. He did not live long.

P.S. this is not my story, but borrowed from the Darwin Awards. I don’t think I knew anyone that dumb, even if I did grow up in the sixties.
