You can be more productive! You can get more done in a much shorter amount of time! I struggled for a long time with being unproductive. I would fool around and do whatever it took to avoid doing anything. Now don’t get me wrong, I didn’t really do this on purpose. I mean I didn’t do it consciously! That’s why I came up with a system that taught me how to be more productive.

If I had been born thirty years later, I would have been diagnosed with adhd I am sure. Instead they just said I was a pain in the classroom, and other anatomical places, and wouldn’t pay attention.

When I decided I wanted to share the methods I used to create the life I wanted with other people, I knew I needed to find a way to be more productive, to get more done in a short amount of time.

Life Change- coming to the turning point

Life change can be difficult. It is not easy to change a lifetime of habits and thinking. Often times what precludes life change is coming to a turning point in your life.

What is a turning point?

A turning point is some point in your life where you make the decision that something must change and there is no going back to the way things were. One turning point in my life is when my first wife left me. I was crushed and was so blind I never saw it coming. After the dust had settled, I realized what her reasons were and how I could change. I treat my wife now a lot differently.

Another turning point might be an illness. You are diagnosed with something serious and you change your eating habits or exercise habits.

Whatever it is, it must be something that is so significant in your life that you make a decision and you stick to it.

Why is a turning point so effective?

A turning point is effective because without it, you will not stick to your plan. It holds no more weight than a New Year’s resolution. With the turning point, the situation is so serious that it is change or die.

Let’s say that you come to a point in your life where you would rather not exist. You decide that, if it were not for your family, and your own values, suicide might be an option. You cannot stand your life and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that things must change. Since you are not going to commit suicide, you know that something else must change.

You decide that you will begin to see yourself or your situation in a different light and you will overcome it; since this is really the only other option.

Does it have to be so desperate?

No. It does not have to be a real change or die situation, but I will say that the point where you decide to bring change into your life must be serious enough that there is no room for backing out.

Can you think of a time in your life that was a turning point? We often have more than one in our lives, and they don’t always have to be negative. If you fell in love and married, that was a turning point. You decided that you had to change your life so that you could live with the person you loved and there was just no other choice in your mind.

If you are at such a stage in your life, here is my advice. If it is of a very serious nature, you should seek counseling. Don’t let yourself get so far that you are a danger to yourself. Next, understand that life can change. You do not have to be stuck where you are. Understand that the situation is not the end of the line, but can be the fulcrum point where life takes on new meaning and hope.

Many people have come to a point just like this and it was the catalyst for change. You can be one of those people. There is not reason why you cannot!

Take a few deep breaths and then imagine how you want your life to be. Use this turning point to become the creation you were meant to be. Don’t wait! Do something now!

No motivation can’t get out of bed

Motivation

Do you find yourself with no motivation? You can’t get out of bed in the morning and just don’t seem to find a real reason to? This is a problem that many people have. Their life seems to be going no where and they have nothing that sparks that creative urge.

What is the real reason?

If you can’t get out of bed in the morning due to some physical problem, lack of sleep or and illness, then that is something that you need to talk with your physician about.

Many can’t get out of bed simply because they are so unmotivated. There is nothing to get out of bed for. They are unhappy in their work and they are unhappy in their life. Does this sound like you?

Is there hope?

There is always hope that you can change your outlook and find the motivation required to give life the zing it needs to have. Many people have come to a point in their lives where they just could not take it anymore and changed the way they thought and brought themselves back from the dead.

You have to want it though. You have to want to change enough that you are willing to do whatever it takes. Many times the effort needed is greater than the will to do so.

What is your motivation?

What would have to change in your life for you to be excited about it again? Would it be a different job? Maybe is would be a new hobby. Is it a new relationship?

You have to think about it and decide what it is that would make life worth living again. Once you know, you can start taking steps to bring it into your life.

We all have our ups and downs and I am certainly not saying that once you decide on what you want, you will leap out of bed each morning. It might happen, but more than likely you will find days when you still don’t want to get up, but they will be less and it will be far easier to remind yourself of the reason you have to live.

Are you disgruntled? How to change your life.

Are you disgruntled? I had to look the word disgruntled up in the dictionary to make sure I knew what it meant. I did. Disgruntled means “displeased and discontented; sulky; peevish;” does that define your life? I know it does for many people Life just has not turned out the way they had dreamed it would. So, this is how to change your life.

Can it change?

The first question might be, can it change? The answer is yes. Until you lie down for that eternal nap and they throw dirt in your face, you have the ability to change.

I know you may have tried before and nothing changed at all, but you can. It takes desire and determination to do it, but it is possible.

How?

The how is a little more complicated. The reason it is complicated is that it is a little different for each person. We are all unique and so, even though the methods are the same, how they are applied can be different.

The first step is to change your thinking. That’s right, it is your thinking that got you into the mess you are in and it is your thinking that will get you out. You may say that it isn’t your thinking, it is the fact that you grew up in poverty and never had a chance to become educated, or that you were molested as a child and it has screwed you up ever since and that is not your thinking.

Yes, it is. What may have happened to you in the past is not your fault or your responsibility, but what you think about them, how you think about them is. You must stop being a victim of your past before you can be the master of your present!

Then what?

Then you decide what it is you want to change. Is it your physical reality, your financial reality, your work reality? What is it that would make life better for you? You must know what it is you want to change. You can’t just say you want to be happier, that may never happen if there is no qualifier to it. Say you want to be happier in your work and you have a direction to go in.

And then?

Then you start working on believing that what you want can actually become reality. If you cannot believe that whatever it is you want will ever come to pass, it never will. You have to have faith.

And then?

Then you start moving toward your goal. You begin to take steps, even if they are small, toward your ultimate goal. Nothing will ever take place without you putting in some effort.

Why be disgruntled with your life? Why live a life that is not what you want? We are not intended to live a disgruntled life. We are meant to live and Infinite life!
