I just watched an awesome video by Cath Duncan on

Cath Duncan
Cath brings up some great stuff. She talks about goals being specific, but the problem being most of us don’t have the foggiest idea what it is we really want. I have to admit that Read the rest of this entry »

Yesterday, I had you listen to an interview. The thing that struck me about this interview is that Raven Blair-Davis is not only a woman of dreams and desires; she is a woman of action. She is not afraid to step out into the world and try for what she wants. She knows what it is she wants to do, she plans it out and then she acts on that plan. I have no doubt that her life is a rich one.

I went to the local grocery store to get some things for dinner tonight.

Rich Life
He asked me how I was, not because he wanted to know, but because he was supposed to. I said I was fine and asked him how he was. He just shrugged his shoulders. I said something about being happy to be there, and he answered Read the rest of this entry »

Does it throw you off when you can’t, for whatever reason, achieve your goals? I don’t mean the big ones, but the little day to day goals. It does me, especially when they are new.
I have been trying to get back into walking everyday. I have done real well with my goal until today. Every time I think I will god, I look outside and it’s raining. Then, when I right in the middle of something I will glance up and the sun is shining. I will think, “just let me finish this and then I’ll go,” then, yep, you guessed it; it’s raining again.
Having your goals be out of reach like this can be very frustrating! You have two real courses of action. You can get upset and then just let the goal die. Or, you can see the challenge in the situation and redouble your efforts to try harder.
I think I still may get my walk in. The sun is shining again. Just let me finish this post…
Here’s to You!

How can you achieve your goals, if you don’t know what they are?

Achieve Your Goals
I read a book at a library that I was visiting while waiting for my wife who was in a workshop. I wish I could tell you the name of the book! I would love to give you a link to it. I’m sure this concept is not only found in this singular book, but it was put so well. Here is the concept. Read the rest of this entry »
